During the week of June 10th-15th, 2024 Crumbl Cookies will be running a brand new cookie on the rotating menu – Blueberry Pancake. This cookie is described as “a warm blueberry pancake cookies topped with a blueberry buttermilk glaze and a buttercream dollop”. With this running the week of Father’s Day, it is sure to be a popular cookie. As soon as both positive and negative taste reviews come out, we will publish them here.
One review online stated, “This cookie was so freaking good I finished it all in one sitting. Like all the breakfast cookies, it’s better if you spread the butter dollop across the whole thing. It’s nice to have a cookie base that’s different from the main white sugar, brown sugar, chocolate bases. This cookie had a definite pancake flavor to it and it was super fluffy.. I just wish there were more fresh blueberries! The blueberry glaze was really yummy. If they run this on the future menu (which I hope they do) I might try adding some maple syrup to it:)))”
