In September 2024 Brookie Pie was tested as a Limited Time Offer (LTO). The dessert is described as “a classic chocolate chip cookie topped and baked with house-made brownie batter, topped with a drizzle of semi-sweet chocolate and a scoop of fresh vanilla bean whipped cream.” The LTO Brookie Pie will be served warm and in a cup. During the week after Christmas, December 27-30th, 2023, Crumbl will be running Brookie Dough Pie for the first time. I asked this question a little while ago. The consensus seemed to be that this was the (unreleased) Customer’s Choice Cookie for the year. It was not offered as a tester cookie as far as I am aware.
I’m very hopeful for this cookie, but it sounds like a lot of flavors going on all at once. In an ideal world, as a chocolate lover, I would love to see a layered cookie (cookie dough on brownie batter) with a chocolate mousse and mini chocolate chips. I think the addition of marshmallow fluff, hot fudge, whipped cream, or peanut butter could be fun additions as well.
That was my first thought on it–that it should be brownie batter cookie for a base with straight up cookie dough on top then whatever garnish to make it look pie-ish. I don’t want to hitch my wagon to that star, because I don’t see them doing that. If they did, I’d probably get many of them!
I think you have some interesting ideas for sure! Marshmallow fluff with hot fudge and whipped cream as a cookie or marshmallow fluff on a peanut butter cookie or any combo.

Its a brownie pie base cookie, with some.sort of mousse type filling, topped with “mouldable cookie dough balls” and thats all I remember atm from a quick glimpse of it on the ipad
