Carrot Cake will be the month long dessert in April 2025 which means it will, once again, be on the menu for the week of Easter. We have confirmed the Carrot Cake will be the limited time offer (LTO) dessert and will not be the old Carrot Cake cookie.
Carrot Cake is on the menu for the week of Easter (March 25-30, 2024). At this point, we cannot confirm if it will be the new 2024 Carrot Cake which is much more of a double decker cake than a cookie. We could see the older version of Crumbl’s Carrot Cake. We have had no non-cookie offerings in March so it would make sense the Easter week Carrot Cake will be the double decker cake.
While Carrot Cake has been a cookie on the rotating menu in the past, we have never seen the new and improved Carrot Cake that is being tested in 2024. Crumbl employees have stated that a non cookie offering is coming in March and it could very well be the new Carrot Cake or the Iced Lemon Cake/Square. The 2024 version of the new Carrot Cake “cookie” is described as “two tiers of carrot cake mixed with warm spices, coconut, pineapple, and carrots, all layered with a light glaze and vanilla cream cheese frosting, then topped with chopped pecans.” When this goes on the rotating menu, we will update this page with taste reviews.
