This has been a tester cookie in March 2023 and is now going to be on the main menu. If you are a fan of the cinnamon brown sugar Pop-Tarts, you are going to love this cookie.

The base seemed to be more of a standard sugar cookie, probably the same base as the Strawberry Pop-Tart had used. My second photo shows the cross section, it was full of a brown sugar cinnamon filling – just like a real Pop-Tart!
Very buttery and brown sugary. Tasted just like a Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tart except softer and more substantial. Easily a 10/10 for me.
