Cinnamon Scone Replaces Cinnamon Fry Bread at Crumbl

Cinnamon Fry Bread was one of the more popular cookies at Crumbl. In fact, at one time, the CEO and co-creator of Crumbl, Jason McGowen, stated that Cinnamon Fry Bread was his favorite cookie. As with many recipes and cookies, things have changed at Crumbl over the years. The latest change is the name of Cinnamon Fry Bread to Cinnamon Scone. As soon as we get more information on the ingredients and recipe we will update this page with any changes that were made from the classic Cinnamon Fry Bread.

Some reviews:

  • This cookie was everything I hoped cornbread would be. The base isn’t too sweet. It has a nice crisp almost biscuit like texture on the edges. Nice butter flavor and the Cinnamon butter cream was well balanced. Solid cookie.
  • Cinnamon Fry Bread was my absolute favorite cookie. Last time it was sold, I bought 3 party packs and froze them. The Cinnamon Scone cookie base is the same, but they have changed the frosting recipe. Maybe I just got a bad batch—I did just order from a recently opened store. But I remember it having more of a sugar granule texture, and Idk it just tastes off.

Cinnamon Scone will be on the Crumbl Cookies rotating menu the week of 4/8-4/13, 2024. If there are any changes to the recipe, we will post them here. We will also post reviews as soon as they start coming in in regards to the new Cinnamon Scone (old Cinnamon Fry Bread) cookie at Crumbl.
