Now that the Crumbl fad is over, as of summer 2023, the company is doing their best to revive interest. They are doing this by testing brand new flavors never seen before. The latest is Coconut Creme Pie. This cookie is described as “a buttery pie cookie filled with coconut pie filling, whipped cream and toasted coconut pieces”.
Many diehard Crumbl fans are not happy with Crumbl changing the ingredients and recipes for pie cookies. They are flatter and much less high quality than in 2021 and 2022. It will be interesting to see if the Coconut Creme Pie cookie has the thickness of the pie cookies from the past such as French Silk Pie and Pumpkin Pie.
