This popular dessert will come to the Crumbl weekly rotating menu at all locations during the week of October 6-11, 2025.
Here are some flavor reviews of the Cookie Butter (Biscoff) Pie at Crumbl:
- I was worried this was just going to be the cheesecake from last week in a pie tin. Happy to say this is different. This is pure cookie butter flavor top to bottom. Crust is chunky and crunchy. Filling is a good consistency. Delicious if you like cookie butter. 8.5/10. Personally I think last weeks cheesecake version was better. I like the thickness of a cheesecake filling and the cream cheese flavor gave a nice contrast to the cookie butter.
- As for the tester, wow! If you like cookie butter, it’s definitely a home run. It’s a cream cheese filling but I didn’t even notice. It was soft, gooey and just overall delicious! I hope it becomes a nationwide flavor.
- I love cookie butter so I was excited to try this one! I never got a cookie description to pop up on my app, but it tastes like a spread of caramel-esque cookie butter on top of a big layer of cookie butter mousse, with cookie butter crumbles on the bottom. It was delicious! 9/10


It is now becoming consistent that Crumbl testing locations are offering one of two new items in the summer of 2025. During the week of July 14-19, 2025 Crumbl Cookies locations will be testing out the Cookie Butter (Biscoff) Pie non cookie dessert (NCD). After the success of the Biscoff Cheesecake, this is sure to be a hit with the slight taste of “cookie butter” within a pie.
The Cookie Butter Pie is described as “a cookie butter-infused cream cheese pie filling served on a crunchy cookie butter crust, finished with a pool of smooth cookie butter spread, dollops of fresh whipped cream, and a crunchy cookie butter cookie.”
