This feature is being noticed by a lot more Crumbl Cookies customers with the popularity of the Dubai Chocolate Brownie being sold out. Most people want to know how accurate it is. We cannot confirm how accurate but we do know the more advanced Crumbl franchise partners are using this feature so we would assume it is quite accurate.
For years, Crumbl Cookies employees have had to tell customers, more cookies or LTO desserts will be available in 15-30 minutes. Finally, in August 2024, Crumbl updated their app to tell customers that the cookie or dessert will be available as they are “baking more” and will be ready in 15 min. It will be interesting to see if the number of minutes/hours it will take for the store to get caught up is actually accurate. Either way, it is a great feature that will help both customers and employees of Crumbl.
