Crumbl Cookies flavors change each week starting on Monday morning at 8:00 am. New flavors are announced at 6:00 mst. The flavors of the week end at midnight on Saturday night as Crumbl Cookies is not open on Sunday. As of January 2024, franchise owners were allowed to adjust their closing hours to 10:00 pm, 11:00 pm or let them remain at midnight on Friday and Saturday nights. This means the flavors for the previous week could end at 10:00 pm on Saturday night at some locations.
Some Crumbl locations have been given the opportunity to open at 10:00 am on mornings so there are some Crumbl locations in which the new flavors will not be available until 10:00 am on Monday.
