UPDATE: We have learned that Crumbl Weekly subscriptions are going to be available to all stores on Monday, November 7th, 2022. There have been test stores that have tested out subscription and Crumbl is comfortable pushing it live. Basically, you can set a day of the week, time of the day and have cookies delivered every single week. You can also choose to pick them up or get them curbside at the same time every week. This is a great way to make certain you get to try the four (4) new flavors every single week.

On the official Crumbl Cookies Instagram story, Crumbl announced “We have something exciting coming tomorrow…Stay Tuned”. The announcement was made on Monday, September 5th, 2022. This can be any number of things including merch or an upcoming flavor announcement. That said, they have recently released the baby and swimwear merch and they rarely announced new flavors on any day but Sunday. We have heard rumbles, and have also predicted, that Crumbl is going to come up with a weekly or monthly cookie subscription club. This could vary greatly, but Crumbl has many options.

With four (4) new cookie flavors coming out each week, the monthly cookie subscription club could be tier based. Meaning, you could get all four (4) new cookies every week for a certain amount each month. With a 4 pack usually costing about $13-$15 it would make sense for Crumbl to offer the four (4) new flavors each month for under $50. Maybe a $39.99 promotion for the basic membership club? These are all guesses and hypotheses.

A more advanced monthly cookie subscription membership from Crumbl might include a 6 pack of all the flavors for the week or a party box of 12 each week. Once again, Crumbl will have to figure out the cost that makes sense, but Netflix and Amazon have taught Americans to be consumers through monthly memberships and subscriptions.

There is a lot that needs to be ironed out and confirmed when it comes to a monthly cookie club but there has never been a business that has been more set up with a rotation of products every single week. If there is a monthly subscription club that is released in September or October 2022 it will likely be wildly successful. After several weeks in which Crumbl was sold out of numerous cookies at many locations, a monthly cookie club will make the logistics much easier for individual stores. If a store knows they have 275 memberships they will be able to predict at least 275 x 4 cookies for each week that month just in memberships.

What will be very interesting is to see when, and if, the Crumbl monthly cookie membership is released.  How many customers will sign up for the monthly membership? Does this membership travel to all Crumbl Cookie stores? Is it available for only the local store to a customer? Will testing stores and other high volume stores be able to test this out first?

When it comes to new products and services, most large companies will test it at a handful of locations in which the owners are on top of their game at all times. This will give the corporate office the knowledge of how the program works and the opportunity to resolve any major issues or problems.

We are very excited to see the announcement on Tuesday, September 6th, 2022. If it isn’t a monthly cookie membership club, we hope that comes sooner rather than later.
