Thin Cookies are all the rage heading into the summer of 2025. The Thin Cookies company based out of New York has gone viral on TikTok and Instagram a number of times in the spring of 2025. It will be interesting to see if Crumbl starts to test thin cookies. While the mini cookies and mini desserts offer a “lighter” alternative to the full sized desserts, they are still dense and very calorie heavy. In a world where more people are doing F45, pilates, yoga, barre and other group fitness styles, it would make sense for Crumbl Cookies locations to offer a thin cookie alternative for those that simply want the taste of a world famous Crumbl Cookie.
