UPDATE: This Eagle Mountain Crumbl store location was closed by December 2023; meaning it was only open about six (6) months before it closed.
We recently published the article “Is the Crumbl Fade Over in the Summer of 2023” in which we discuss the drop in Google Search volume for Crumbl keywords as well as the slower Grand Opening weekends; especially for stores that have other locations close by. On Monday, June 26th, 2023 Crumbl sent out a Grand Opening email to all email subscribers promoting the Grand Opening of the Eagle Mountain, Utah store.
In what we believe is an attempt to create a new type of Grand Opening weekend, Crumbl is offering a FREE Mallow Sandwich ft. Oreo if customers wear pink. For those that are unaware, this is the most popular Crumbl cookie and is sold out almost instantly when it is added to the rotating menu.

Note that this email was sent out to not only those living near Eagle Mountain, Utah but almost all email subscribers. We have documented the need for a new Crumbl Cookies location in places such as Florence, SC, Roanoke, VA and Macon, Ga. After this test study with the Mallow Sandwich ft. OREO in Utah, it will be interesting to see if all Crumbl locations open with an opportunity for Crumbl fans to get a free cookie.
Crumbl is always willing to try new marketing tactics as seen with the Mystery Cookie and changing up semi sweet for milk chocolate chip cookies. Crumbl has tried to promote some options such as the 6-pack mini cookies which was a complete flop. Only time will tell what Crumbl initiatives we will see in 2023 and beyond.
