We now know that a Dubai Chocolate Cookie is in testing in the Test Kitchen at Crumbl. It is described as a brownie based cookie topped with a crunchy Kataifi and pistachio filling topped with a layer of milk chocolate and a drizzle of pistachio cream. We suspect this will hit the Crumbl weekly rotating menu in February or March 2026.
Dubai Chocolate has been all the craze in the online snack and dessert world. Crumbl created an online Instagram poll on May 3rd, 2025 asking diehard fans to vote on Dubai Chocolate Brownie vs Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake. Unfortunately, they never announced the results. On Wednesday, June 11th, 2025 Crumbl testing locations started testing out the Dubai Chocolate Brownie and it was a resounding success. As we head into the summer months, Crumbl fans are wondering if Crumbl will actually create a Dubai Chocolate Cookie.
So far, Crumbl has tested out Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookie and Pistachio Cake Cookie. Now that Crumbl is offering three (3) brand new desserts or cookies on each rotating menu, there is no way we won’t see some type of Dubai Chocolate cookie or dessert in August or September of 2025. It will likely be a Dubai Brownie or Cheesecake first but the Dubai Chocolate cookie should come shortly thereafter.
