One of the more popular tester cookies of late 2023 is going to be on the Crumbl rotating menu from January 15-20, 2024. Graham Cracker Fudge Sandwich is described as “an iconic after-school snack. A thick layer of rich fudge sandwiched between two honey graham cracker cookies finished with a smooth semi-sweet drizzle.”

Y’all, I was so excited about this cookie. And when I got to the testing location (a bit of a drive from me, passing two other stores lol) it was so pretty I had to buy three.
And it is – very okay. I like their chocolate frosting, and it seems to be the same as what they have on their chocolate cupcake cookie. Maybe a tad less rich. Not particularly fudgey, but pretty good. But the cookie needs work. It was overly soft, to the point that it falls apart. It also doesn’t have much flavor. Which I know graham crackers tend to be a little plain, but damn, their teddy graham cookie is 🔥 so why wouldn’t they just use that?
Overall a 3/5, which again is fine but it had the potential to be a 5/5, o-face, obsessively drive across the country on a mystery week kind of cookie.
