We have learned that the Limited Time Offer (LTO) dessert Hawaiian Pie will be available at all Crumbl Cookies locations during the week of July 7-12, 2025. This is sure to be a very popular summer dessert as Hawaiian Pie has a creamy pineapple filling, a graham cracker crust with coconut and a whipped topping. Crumbl Cookies no longer sells ice cream nor uses ice cream as a topping so expect the topping to be a whipped cream style topping that Crumbl usually does. Remember that the cofounder of Crumbl, Sawyer Hemsley, does not like cherries so do not expect any cherries in this style of Hawaiian Pie.
Crumbl describes the pie as, “A fresh coconut mousse served atop a cookies & cream crust, all topped with chocolate fudge, toasted macadamia nuts, and decorative dollops of fresh whipped cream.”
Other names for this dessert are Hawaiian Cream Pie, Hawaiian Millionaire Pie, Hawaiian Pineapple Pie and Coconut Cream Pie. There is also a Hawaiian Haupia Pie but that is basically a vanilla and chocolate pie.
