In June 2025 Crumbl is making a major pivot with brand new cookies and desserts rather than running the same old favorites. One of the popular testing desserts is Pumpkin Cookie Butter Cake. This Limited Time Offer (LTO) dessert is sure to be very popular as Crumbl Cookies locations sell many, many cookie butter desserts and cookies.
Weirdly, when looking at the image of the dessert in the Crumbl app, it looks like a single layer cake, but those that have purchased it at a tester location have shown pictures of a double layered cake. See below.
Here is what a tester of the dessert had to say,
“Got one of the new testers today and this has to be one of my favorites, if not my favorite! I saw concerns about the cookie butter overpowering the pumpkin, and imo you can taste both. Granted the biscoff is still a bit more prominent. The cookie butter actually isn’t very strong in comparison to something like the biscoff tres leches. The frosting seems to be cream cheese for those of you that don’t like that, but I love it. The cake also has cookie pieces in it, they were still a bit crunchy too. I’d say try this once you get the chance!”
