The latest tester cookie in October 2023 is the Salted Caramel Pretzel Pie cookie. It is described as “a chilled buttery pie cookie baked with crunchy butter pretzel pieces, topped with caramel, caramel mousse and more butter pretzel pieces. With the Crumbl fad over by the summer of 2023 they really need a super popular flavor.

This tester is now in my top two cookies. The base was buttery and chewy, the pretzels added a good crunch and salt, and the caramel/caramel mousse were STELLAR.
This one needs to be added to rotation and, if you are close to one, snatch this up because it’s delicious.
Y’all…this gets a 10/10 from me! It’s the best cookie I have had at Crumbl after the Limeade featuring nerds.
