  • Loved the Carmel and Toffee that went with it. 10/10.
  • Just had one in mini size. I will definitely be back later this week for a large dessert.
  • Sea salt toffee skillet cookie: First of all, just look at this cookie. It is massive, and I’m once again reminded how wonderful this Crumbl location is. Onto the taste. The base cookie was so buttery and scrumptious that I would have been happy to eat it by itself. It was studded with lots of crunchy toffee pieces, with crispy edges and a soft gooey middle. The mousse was silky and fluffy with a smooth vanilla bean taste. I spread it out with a spoon all the way to the edges to even it out. There was plentiful drizzles of milk chocolate, caramel, and more toffee pieces, which kind of made the whole thing taste like a buttery candy bar. I couldn’t see the flakey sea salt on top but I could definitely taste it, it helped add balance to the sweetness. All in all this cookie was pure indulgent bliss. I recommend eating it with a fork or spoon.

This cookie will go on the rotating menu at all Crumbl Cookies locations in the United States from July 14-19, 2025. Prior to July 14th, this cookie is showing up at the Dessert #1 7/12 in the Crumbl app. Look for this to change at noon est on Sunday, July 13th, 2025. There is no upcharge price for this cookie and it has a total of 730 calories. The amount of drizzle of toffee and milk chocolate will be a topic of conversation as some locations will likely have this down perfect and others will try to skimp on the amount of chocolate and toffee toppings.

Here is a very positive review by a taste tester for the Crumbl Sea Salt Toffee Skillet Cookie, “Just picked up the new sea salt toffee skillet tester. Also got my biscoff tees leches for the customer pick. Honestly I’d give it a 10/10. The mouse on top is that really good vanilla mouse, which I loved. I think the cookie base was my favorite part though, it was nice and buttery and definitely tasted like toffee! Hopefully this makes it to the menu again soon!”

Here is an alternative review from a taste tester, ” I was really excited to try this, but ultimately it was a let down. The base was overall very bland and dry. It only had a couple bits of toffee in it. The bits with toffee were good, but the rest had basically no flavor, especially since they obviously skimped on drizzle. The promo photo shows the drizzle covering the whole cookie. The “vanilla bean mousse” is literally just vanilla pudding mix. There isn’t enough toffee pieces on top. I’d honestly give this cookie a 3 out of 10 at best, but I do recognize that this may purely be a store issue and others may have gotten a better product. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to go back and have the drizzle corrected because we picked up in between important errands. Hopefully they fix these issues before rolling this cookie out.”

While Crumbl Cookies locations have not been testing out a ton of new cookies, in May 2025, we could have a winner – Sea Salt Toffee Skillet Cookie. We know the sea salt toffee cookies are incredibly popular at Crumbl. We also know the skillet cookies do very well. When you combine the two, you could have a sold out cookie for an entire week. The Sea Salt Toffee Skillet Cookie is described as, “a gooey toffee cookie topped with fresh vanilla bean mousse and drizzles of milk chocolate and caramel, all finished with a crunch of more toffee pieces and some flakey sea salt.”
