The Skillet Cookie will return to the Crumbl Cookies rotating weekly menu for the week of May 12-17, 2025. This happens to be the same week Crumbl locations will start offering mini LTO desserts for the first time.
The skillet cookie will run on the Crumbl Cookies weekly rotating menu from January 6-11, 2025.
One of the most popular Crumbl tester cookies in 2023 was the Skillet Cookie. This cookie is described as “a warm and gooey semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie, topped with a generous scoop of vanilla bean mousse and a rich drizzle of semi sweet chocolate”.

The vanilla mousse is incredibly good. The cookie texture is just like a skillet cookie you would get at a restaurant. This cookie exactly lives up to its name, and the mousse is an excellent ice cream substitute. I think they nailed it with this one, I just hope they don’t reduce the mousse amount.
