Strawberry Pretzel Pie was extremely successful on its launch week of March 25-30, 2024. Now that it is no longer on the rotating menu many people are asking how they can get it. Note that some stores may have some leftovers from Saturday for Monday and potentially Tuesday but after that you are going to have to hope your local store does it for a Mystery Cookie. If you really want to see this cookie as the Mystery Cookie ask for the shift lead, assistant manager or franchise owner and mention that you would love to see Strawberry Pretzel Pie as the next Mystery Cookie and you will likely get it.
During the week of Easter (March 25th-30th, 2024) we will likely see Strawberry Pretzel Pie on the rotating Crumbl Cookies menu. The cookie is described as “a buttery pie base rolled with crunch pretzel pieces, topped with a whipped cream cheese topping and house-made strawberry jam.” When reviews start to come in, we will update this page with taste reviews.

I’ve gotten very burnt out of Crumbl over the last year and a half, so the only time I go now is when significant cookies that I buy in bulk (Oreo Mallow Sandwich) make comebacks, or new interesting cookies come out that I’ll give a shot to.
The Strawberry Pretzel Pie is really something else. It’s as though Crumbl took the strawberry shortcake cookie and improved upon it in the best way possible. You get a very light and airy cookie with the base and whipped cream, you get the sweetness with the strawberry glaze/jam, and you get a crunch and savory taste with the pretzels that are both baked into the base as well as coated on top. It’s probably the second best cookie I’ve had from Crumbl and that’s saying a lot.
Highly recommend you guys try it if you haven’t or feel as though this is a pass week.
This could be personal opinion, but after trying the strawberry pretzel pie, it tastes just like the strawberry cheesecake cookie, but without the cream cheese frosting, and a little bit more of a crunch. As soon as I tasted the strawberry filling, it took me back to the strawberry cheesecake cookie. Same with the consistency of the pie less the slight pretzel crunch, it’s a glorified cheesecake cookie with different frosting lol I thought I would have a higher rating for this cookie since it’s different from the usual weekly lineup, but the similarities just make it taste like a different name cookie lol I did appreciate the salty crunchies though

Same here, I didn’t get any cream cheese taste at all. I like pretzels and I like strawberries, but I had to stop eating this one, it’s the first Crumbl cookie I’ve had that didn’t taste good from bite one, I probably had somewhere in between 1/4 – 1/3 of it, I went directly to a dessert shop and got a piece of NY cheesecake with strawberry topping. Tossing out the rest of the cookie. In all fairness to Crumbl I’ve had lingering allergies/cold symptoms so this may be affecting my taste a little bit but I’m enjoying the heck out of this cheesecake right now
Interesting, all I got was a cool whip type taste. There’s many on this forum that love it but maybe it’s just not the cookie for me or it could be that my taste is a little bit distorted from allergies/cold. To be honest, I’m not sure if I tasted the cream cheese it would’ve changed much for me.
