Oatmeal Skillet Cookie Crumbl Cookies

Reviews are very positive for the Oatmeal Skillet cookie, yet very, very negative to Key Lime Pie (LTO).

  • Oatmeal Skillet Cookie: Ok if I had the choice I would have gotten a whole box of these knowing what I know now lol, I’m not even an oatmeal fan but this is soooo good, definitely a new favorite! 10/10
  • The oatmeal skillet is absolutely now in my top 5 from Crumbl. The vanilla mousse had an almost pudding like consistency and had a great light vanilla flavor while not being too sweet. The butterscotch was a great addition to this cookie and perfectly compliments all the other flavors. I dare to say this was one of my favorite oatmeal cookies ever!
  • it’s literally too good to even explain in a review. every component goes together so perfectly to create the ultimate combination of flavor and texture in each bite. it’s balanced really well and not overly sweet (no just “sugary” taste), you can taste each flavor well without anything overpowering. i’m an oatmeal cookie lover and this is my absolute dream cookie. will 100% be going back for more.

There has been some concern about the mousse topping being yellow on many of the cookies. Here are a few photos that have been posted online:

It is safe to say this isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing or beautiful cookie they have come out with. As can be seen here:

The Oatmeal Skillet Cookie will likely run on the Crumbl Cookies rotating menu from April 1-6, 2024. With the extreme popularity of the skillet cookie during the first week of 2024, we will likely see renewed interest in Skillet Cookies during the first week of April. The cookie is described as, “absolutely now in my top 5 from Crumbl. The vanilla mousse had an almost pudding like consistency and had a great light vanilla flavor while not being too sweet. The butterscotch was a great addition to this cookie and perfectly compliments all the other flavors. I dare to say this was one of my favorite oatmeal cookies ever!”

Note that many people will be asking and wondering if the scoop on top is ice cream, basic whipped cream from a store or Crumbl made vanilla bean mouse. The Skillet cookie that came out in January had a homemade mousse on it so do not expect a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on the Oatmeal Skillet Cookie.

It may be the case that Crumbl calls this Oatmeal Butterscotch Skillet which, as a tester, was described as “a warm and gooey oatmeal cookie topped with a scoop of vanilla bean mouse, and finished with oatmeal cookie crumbles.”

As soon as reviews start to come in for this cookie, positive or negative, we will update this page.
