The Crumbl Pumpkin Square has been a fascinating case study. The Pumpkin Muffin was originally scheduled to run the week of August 26-31. 2024 but was changed last minute as seen below. At the beginning of the week the reviews were drastically different. Some customers thought it was the best thing Crumbl has ever had and others thought it was horrendous. Those that did not like the Pumpkin Square found it to be extremely unbaked and even mushy or gooey in the middle. The complaints have been strong online but we think most Crumbl locations are fully baking the Pumpkin Squares as can be seen in some of the photos below the underbaked squares.

We have learned that Pumpkin Square will replace Pumpkin Muffin on the weekly Crumbl rotating menu from August 26-31. As soon as we get more information about this dessert, we will update this page.
There are going to be a number Limited Time Offer (LTO) desserts that are Halloween or Fall/Autumn themed. In July and August 2024 Crumbl locations tested the Pumpkin Square. The dessert is described as “a moist, fluffy pumpkin square marbled with brown sugar cinnamon butter and smothered with a light vanilla cream cheese frosting.”
As soon as we learn the upcharge price and total calories, we will update this page. We will also publish both positive and negative taste reviews.
This is likely going to be very similar to the Cinnamon Squares but with pumpkin flavored cake.
