The diehard fans did their think on Reddit and brought this dessert back to the Crumbl rotating menu. It will be at all Crumbl locations during the week of December 15-20, 2025. They switched Caramel Toffee Cocoa Mousse Cup to Peppermint for the fans.
The Peppermint Cocoa Mousse (NCD) was originally scheduled to run on the weekly rotating Crumbl menu for all stores during the week of December 10-15, 2025. That has since changed and the Peppermint Cocoa Mousse Cup, non cookie dessert, is no longer on the upcoming Crumbl spoilers menu. Fans are not happy because this is one of the more highly rated of the mousse cups that was tested during the week of November 10-15, 2025.
We would be shocked if this dessert doesn’t return to the spoiler menu for December 2025. There are many positive reviews and people are Reddit are posting their thoughts. The CEO of Crumbl loves looking at the subreddit and has made business decisions because of discussions on the subreddit. So, when someone says this, “I drove two hours one way to try this once I learned it was no longer in rotation for December… and I’m glad I did, because Crumbl… you’re missing the mark big time deciding to drop this from the menu (this should have been the last of the 3 to axe). Not only is it the most festive holiday hot cocoa cup option of the 3 (both flavor and presentation), it was p e r f e c t i o n. I’m incredibly disappointed the rest of the country won’t have the opportunity to try this offering, especially around the holidays” you can expect the menu to change.

- A truly perfect dessert. Perfect level of peppermint, chocolate, marshmallow and the cream scoop on top was delicious. The only thing I will say negative is that it feels weird just carrying it out like this🤣 Luckily it fit (barely) in my cup holder.
If you want to know how to get this dessert cup, understand that only specific Crumbl locations have made this dessert. There is an opportunity for a Crumbl store, with the ingredients, to put it on their menu, but you will have to check the Flavors -> Secret Menu tab on the Crumbl iPhone and Android app.
After some confusion as to the name being the Hot Chocolate Peppermint Cup (NCD), Crumbl has branded this dessert the Peppermint Cocoa Mousse Cup. Which, is exactly what it is. It is not a hot chocolate beverage to consume. This dessert is described as “layers of hot chocolate mousse, crunchy cookies & cream streusel, and dark chocolate cake all topped with a cool peppermint marshmallow whipped cream, toasted marshmallows, and even more peppermint pieces.”
These Cocoa Mousse Cups are sure to bring quite a bit of chatter to the online dessert community. While Crumbl does all things S’mores and toasted marshmallows very well, it is going to be quite difficult to deliver when it comes to presentation. Mass producing these types of cup desserts at each Crumbl location is going to be quite the task. The toasting of the marshmallows with a culinary blowtorch is one thing, actually getting the cookies & cream streusel caked on the side of the cup is another job description altogether.
