This is another of Crumbl’s fast tracks from testing cookie to the weekly rotating menu. This cookie tested during the week of July 7-12, 2025 and will be on the rotating menu at all Crumbl Cookies locations during the week of August 11-16, 2025. We expect this to be very popular along with Carlota de Limon Icebox Cake ft Marias Gamesa Cookies (NCD).
The taste test reviews are in and most testers love this cookie. Interestingly, this cookie is not at all Instagrammable like Crumbl’s other desserts. Look for many “ugly” strawberry skillet cookie pictures when this comes to the Crumbl rotating menu. Case in point:
A flavor review from a tester, “I can’t tell you for sure exactly what the base is, but it reminded me of the oatmeal base of the butterscotch skillet cookie which is one of my top 3 favorites. I was afraid it was going to be like the base of the… I think it was the strawberry ice cream bar base that I despised. I’m pretty sure it was the ice cream bar one that was grainy and gross… so glad it was not like that base. This base, though – this was super tasty! The mousse had that light fluffy texture like their other mousse toppers generally do and the strawberry glaze drizzle was tasty – almost like a lightly sweetened strawberry milky glaze and there was plenty of it along with the mousse. The berries seemed fresh and the presentation was nice. 9/10 would recommend.”
Another glowing review of the Crumbl Strawberry Skillet Cookie, “Let me start this off by- it’s so freaking yummy!! I wish I got more than one because I wanted to gobble all of it up. The mousse is creamy and not overwhelming (which is a problem I have with a lot of mousse), also was a generous helping. The cookie itself was soft on the inside, with the edges being a little harder, it tasted buttery and was complimentary with the strawberry flavors. The strawberry drizzle was really good! The fresh strawberries were a nice touch and gave it a taste of freshness. Overall it tasted like the strawberry cheesecake master shake at sonic imo! Which is one of my favorites. I highly recommend it, I was super impressed!”
Well, when Crumbl finds something, they don’t give up. The success of Skillet Cookies has lead to every type of skillet cookie known to man being tested or on the rotating menu. In summer 2025 along we will see Sea Salt Toffee Skillet Cookie, Snickerdoodle Skillet Cookie and Peanut Butter Cup Skillet Cookie ft Reese’s. This doesn’t include the Oatmeal Skillet Cookie or Khloe’s Cookies & Cream Skillet Cookie. The latest is a tester cookie during the week of July 7-12, 2025 – Strawberry Skillet Cookie.
