How Big is the Dubai Chocolate Brownie at Crumbl?
Dubai Chocolate Brownie Sold Out – When Will it Be Back?
UPDATE: Crumbl had so much success with the Dubai Chocolate Brownie they are now testing a Dubai Chocolate Cookie, a Dubai Strawberry Cup and a Dubai Cookie Butter Brownie. All of these are likely to sell out. We will update on the dates in which they are on the rotating menu. You can go to our Spoilers and Next Weeks Flavors page to find out when they will be at a local Crumbl near you.
Dubai Chocolate Brownie will return to the Crumbl Rotating Menu, for the first time since its debut, during the week of October 19-25, 2025.
The History of the Dubai Chocolate Brownie at Crumbl
Beginning the week of September 8-13, 2025 Crumbl will announce a “Secret Menu” during their weekly flavor reveal (for the foreseeable future). This is nothing more than franchise partners being allowed to pick a Mystery Flavor and add it to their weekly rotating menu. You can find this Secret Menu in the app under the Flavors Tab and then clicking Flavor Map. This will allow you to find out which Crumbl stores have Dubai Chocolate Brownie on their Secret Menu as a Mystery Flavor.
The week after the Viral Dubai Chocolate Brownie week at Crumbl was lackluster, to say the least. While many strategic franchise partners ran the popular brownie asa Hometown Pick all week, it did not cause the fervor. In fact, many stores kept the Dubai Chocolate Brownie in stock all week and never sold out. What this tells us is that Crumbl customers need to be marketed to. If a dessert is not on the main rotating menu, no one researches what “other cookies/desserts” could be on the menu.
While many people may think Crumbl customers go in the app and look at the Flavor Map, that is clearly not the case. If it were, the stores that were selling the Dubai Chocolate Brownie would have been selling out every few hours just like the week prior. It will be very interesting to see how Crumbl handles the next time the Dubai Chocolate Brownie is on the rotating menu. It is sure to be a hit, but it is less likely to be a hit when it is run as a Mystery Flavor or Hometown Pick.
Sawyer Hemsley has stated that Crumbl will bring back the Dubai Chocolate Brownie in “a few weeks”; after the original release date. This will come down to sourcing of the ingredients, but we can hope to see it back on the rotating menu in mid to late September. We will continue to keep you posted on our Spoilers page as well as this page.
We suspect a few franchise partners will try to run the Dubai Chocolate Brownie as a Mystery Flavor or hometown pick but that will likely be very unsuccessful without the buying power of all Crumbl locations to get the correct ingredients. This proved to be true.
The Week of Dubai Chocolate Brownie at Crumbl
The Dubai Chocolate Brownie will only be available at Crumbl while supplies last. When this dessert is sold out and the location does not have the ingredients, it will not be available for the rest of the week. This is going to be very confusing to customers waiting to see the dessert come back from “Sold Out” when it may not. We will continue to monitor this and let you know which stores have the Dubai Chocolate Brownie and which are sold out for good.
Also note that this dessert is no longer an encore dessert, meaning it will not run two weeks in a row due to lack of ingredients.
Can you use the free birthday voucher or reward on the Dubai Chocolate Brownie? Yes! We have learned that many Crumbl Crew members and employees are seeing the most free birthday voucher rewards ever. This makes us believe that customers are hacking the system, finally updating their birthday in the Crumbl app, and getting a free Dubai Chocolate Brownie rather than paying the full price of around $8. We will see if this trend continues into Tuesday and Wednesday or if everyone uses their “free birthday voucher” and then doesn’t want to pay full price for any future Dubai Chocolate dessert.
The number of Google searches for “Crumbl Birthday Voucher or Reward” hit a record high on Monday, August 18th, 2025.
Early week Dubai Chocolate Brownie customer experience and taste reviews (reviews have gotten worse over time):
- I liked the crunch and layers but the brownie wasn’t good. It was too fudgy and didn’t have a rich chocolate flavor. The pistachio also didn’t really add much flavor atp just eat a Reese’s cup and it would taste better.
- Just wanted to say this is heater. I’vehad chocolate made by a local bakery and the kataifi is great.
- I stopped paying for items Crumbl over a year ago (I phrase it that way because I did go get my free birthday cookie last august) due to some of their practices and how poorly they treat their employees. My sister worked at a Crumbl location in a different city and a lot of bullshit occurred regarding poor management (the biggest issue being that she was receiving threats from a coworker and the manager did nothing even after this coworker sent her graphic self harm photos). I went back today, armed with my sister’s blessing and a free dessert coupon, because I had to try the Dubai brownie. While I don’t think I’ll be going back or spending money there anytime soon, I did think the Dubai brownie was worth a try and I’m glad it lined up withmy birthday coupon. I got a decent amount of the filling and the texture is something wonderful that Crumbl hasn’t captured before this.
- Yeah. It was not that great. Wasn’t worth a 2.99 charge either. Waste of money!
- Totally agreed! You’re lucky to receive a generous amount of pistachio crème. Mines had the thinnest layer. I ate that separate from the brownie. The 1 bite was great to me
- I just… I waited weeks for this. All I tasted was the dark cocoa in the brownie and got the crunch from the shredded Phyllo. There was zero pistachio flavor. There was plenty of the pistachio creme, mind you; but up against the bitterness of the dark cocoa in the sizable brownie, it was completely overshadowed. I’m just thankful I used points and it was free. Otherwise, for $8 – I would have been pissed.
- First of all, I like how they kept the brownie a little thinner. This was a huge plus for me. The flavor is great! I love the ratio of brownie to, pistachio filling to the milk chocolate on top. The crunch is there 🙌🏼 and the pistachio cream wasn’t too sweet. I will say the milk chocolate was ALOT! A couple bites and I was good. Very sweet! The brownie wasn’t a hard block lol. It was crunchy but the good kind of crunchy 8.5/10
- I like the components separately better . I liked the super rich, fudge like brownie base separate from the lightly salted fine crunch topping with a thick chocolate topping. Together, personally I did not like them together in one bite. Both parts are worth it to me and I would compare the presentation to a dessert at Chilli’s, Olive Garden, Red Lobster or the like where dessert are somewhere between $8 to $11 dollars. This brownie is decadent enough to split with a friend.
- Lowkey tasted like coconut, thinking they didn’t cook the kadayif. Mine look different compared to other ones on the sub
- Yeah the chocolate really overpowered the pistachio taste. if they hadn’t placed that thick ass layer of chocolate on top as well, it may have been better.
- i did NOT like the dubai brownie. i thought the texture was bad and the chocolate was overpowering, i could hardly taste any pistachio. overall disappointing.
- It’s amazing. It taste like a coffee and nutella flavored crunch bar. 10/10
- I absolutely loved it!!! The brownie isn’t too fudgy imo, it tastes more like milk chocolate than fudge. The whole thing reminds me of a crunch bar, very milk chocolatey and a hint pistachio
- Look, I’m not gonna bullshit you. When Dubai chocolate first started taking off I was not really sure of it. I’m not the hugest fan of pistachio flavored things. But I’m a giant chocaholic. There’s been a lot of viral sensations that I’ve tried that I just absolutely did not like. Looking at you Swedish candy😒However, this one shocked me when it arrived. When you dig in you get to bite through this nice chocolate layer that leads into this creamy crispy layer and then a dense fudgy brownie.I love the ratios on this brownie compared to the ones we’ve been seeing recently that have been basically just a giant brownie with a little bit of toppings. This one actually feels balanced. The brownie is rich dense, moist and fudgy, but not in a way that gets stuck to the roof of your mouth. I feel like this brownie has a deeper chocolate flavor than the other brownies that have been in the lineup previously. It just compliments, the creamy crunchy pistachio filling perfectly.I do feel like there’s a little level of savory/umami that you get and I think that’s what I was most worried about, but it’s not salty at all. And it’s not overpowering pistachio flavored. I actually don’t detect any artificial pistachio flavor. Some people have said the filling reminds them of peanut butter. I would say it’s more along the lines of sunflower butter, if you’ve had that.Overall, I would say that this is a chocolate lovers dream. People that have been comparing it to Kit Kat. I totally understand where you’re coming from. The Knafeh does give you that sort of crispy crunchy wafer effect, but I would say this is 10 times more chocolatey, rich and delicious as a kit kat!!
- “Absolutely 12/10 The flavor profile is spot on and the amount of filling under the chocolate is more than enough to experience the crunch like you would in the candy bar. They kept out the choc chips you would usually find in their brownie which also makes for a better and softer bite! Glad it’s running for 2 weeks, I’ll be stocking up towards the end of next week!”
Free Birthday Voucher Employee Drama at Crumbl
How to change your birthday in the Crumbl app to get a free birthday voucher. Click the More tab on the bottom right. Click on Account Settings under My Account. Click on the upper right edit button beside your account name. From there, you can adjust the birthday (optional). If this does not work, many are asking friends to download the Crumbl app for the first time and set their birthday to this week to get the free Dubai Chocolate Brownie.
Here are some of the thoughts from Crumbl Crew members of customers changing the date of their birthday in the app and getting a free Dubai Chocolate Brownie:
- Have your guys store had lots of “ birthday “ vouches today? We had so many I think people are changing birthday dates in the app to use it for Dubai… 😭😭😭😭 like an abnormal amount
- Man i was wondering how everyone else was doing. I worked open to close and i open tomorrow. We made two triples of the brownie and we only had two trays left when we closed. I swear they really dont think about how this ends up being a breaking point for a lot of people. I fully expect to lose some really good people these next two weeks 😭
- Me and our other opener stayed until 7…I literally had to force them out the door because we felt so bad leaving, but we had done what we could at that point. All the leadership in my store is on the verge of quitting anyway because our area manager (we don’t have a store manager) is completely clueless on top of all stuff Crumbl is doing
- dawg….from someone also a shift lead who worked last night…..absolute terror
- i got off my shift earlier this afternoon it felt like the last chopper out of vietnam
- I opened and didn’t leave till 6pm 💔 had people at our doors at 7:58 am LIKE. CAN I UNLOCK THE DOOR DANG
- kardashian week was so bad bro i had covid the whole time and didn’t know it so i was still going in and i kept having to go to the back to breathe and catch my breathe because i was getting so winded
The Dubai Chocolate Brownie will be on the Crumbl weekly rotating menu at all locations during the week of August 18-23, 2025 and August 25-30, 2025. The dessert brownie is going to run for two weeks in a row (as another Encore dessert) and there will be a $2.99 upcharge price. For those wondering why this dessert is only 670 calories: “Our (Crumbl) normal brownies weigh ≈7.0 oz whereas the Dubai Chocolate Brownie is ≈4.0 oz; only about a teaspoon of chocolate the rest is the Kadayif and pistachio crème.”
The cost of a 6-pack of Dubai Chocolate Brownies will be over $40 even with the discount as a perks member.

The release date for the Dubai Chocolate Brownie at Crumbl is August 18th, 2025. Many have asked us if this is going to sell out and the best time to buy the brownie without having to wait in line or it being sold out. Here is the secret. Crumbl employees test bake the desserts and cookies on Fridays and Saturdays. They gain awareness and communicate how to mix, ball and bake the desserts. On Monday mornings, the A team usually comes in and gets the store ready for the week. The huge Crumbl rush on Mondays is lunchtime between 11:30 and 1:00 and then again in the evening after work from 6:00 to 8:00. To avoid the crowds, try to order your Dubai Chocolate Brownie between lunch and dinner or the last hour the store is open.
Flavor reviews for the Dubai Chocolate Brownie at Crumbl Cookies tester locations:
- I drove an hour to a testing location to get this brownie. It was delicious and I’m so glad I got 2. The $2 upcharge is kind of crazy but I would pay it again 😭😭 the brownie was soft, doesn’t have chunks like the cookies and cream or peanut butter brownies. The pistachio flavor was very very subtle but the filling was nice and crunchy and the chocolate on top was hard, almost reminded me of the chocolate shell that you put on ice cream, had such a nice bite. Ugh it was delicious. 10/10. Hope they put it on the menu soon so I can have it again
- Its soooo weird but its REALLY good its just an insane texture i didnt really ever expect to eat lmao its not sickly sweet because its pistachio, so if youre expecting frosting thats where people tend to feel a little disappointed. Its truly ground pistachio paste mixed with small shards of crispy pastry (to explain it plainly) 😭🤍
- As you can see I went overboard, I would give the brownie a 7/10 it’s good but lacks crunch and I tasted a little bit of salt in some bites. The chocolate didn’t taste the best either I thought it would be sweeter. But hey you might like it!
- (i’ve never had Dubai chocolate before) 8.7/10 I was really cautious when getting this because I have never tried it before and I don’t think I’ve ever had pistachio either. I actually really liked it. I kept going in for another bite. I don’t know how to describe the flavor but it works well together! It kind of reminded me of the frosted mini wheats cereal along with a brownie. I would definitely get it again if it came on the lineup sometime. The ratio of everything is perfect.
- for those who wanted another dubai brownie angle! they portioned it perfectly!!! i’m so mad at myself for only buying 4 i should’ve bought 20
Dubai Chocolate Brownie Calories Changed?
UPDATE: The calorie count magically changed on Tuesday, August 19th, 2025 morning. The calories are now 1010 calories instead of the 670 they were reporting on Sunday and Monday.
New Calories:

Old Calories:

Unlike other very high calorie brownies at Crumbl, this non cookie dessert has 670 calories. There is a little controversy when it comes to these nutrition facts. The S’mores Brownie (NCD) has 1240 calories, the Candy Cane Brownie has 1210 calories and the Dubai Chocolate Brownie has 670 calories? Some diehard Crumbl fans are worried the reason for the calories being so low on the Dubai Chocolate brownie is because it will be smaller and won’t have as much pistachio as people want. The Dubai Brownie has 56 grams of fat and 84 grams of sugar.
Let’s look at the descriptions of the two brownies. The Dubai Chocolate Brownie is described as “a soft fudgy brownie with a crunch Kataifi and pistachio filling topped with a layer of milk chocolate and drizzled with even more pistachio cream.” The description for the S’mores Brownie is “a gooey brownie baked on a graham cracker crust, complete with fluffy marshmallow topping, swirls of melty milk chocolate and a crunch of graham cracker streusel.” Is it true that graham cracker crust and fluffy marshmallow toppings have twice as many calories as crunch Kataifi and pistachio filling? What we have learned from a baker is that, “Our (Crumbl) normal brownies weigh ≈7.0 oz whereas the Dubai brownie is ≈4.0 oz, only about a teaspoon of chocolate the rest is the kadayif and pistachio crème.”
For those who care:
Crumbl nutrition chart shows 670 calories total for each fill size cookie/dessert. Their math is wrong
Fat cal 56g x 9=504 Carb cal 106g x4=424 Protein cal 11g x4=44
504+424+44=972 calories not 670 for the Dubai Chocolate Brownie at Crumbl
Other Crumbl (NCD) brownies
- Cookies & Cream Brownie – 1200 calories
- Candy Cane Brownie – 1210 calories
- S’mores Brownie – 1240 calories
- Peanut Butter Pretzel Brownie – 1030 calories
The numbers nerds of the world are not going to let this go. “Nope. And since they decided to deliberately remove the previously available more detailed nutrition info which included grams, there’s not even really a good way to make an educated guess about if they’re lying or not. Ie if they still had that info and said it had “640 calories” but weighed X grams and that make it far fewer calories per gram than any other brownie in the universe, that would be a good clue.”
How Stuffed with Pistachio and Kadayif is the Crumbl Dubai Brownie?
Early indications are that Crumbl bakers and crew members are really stuffing the Dubai Chocolate brownie with a significant amount of Pistachio and Kadayif. Here is a photo from an early Dubai Chocolate Brownie that was ordered at Crumbl on Monday, August 18th, 2025:

Is Crumbl Making Money on the Dubai Chocolate Brownie?
Many customers are very frustrated with the +$2.99 upcharge fee for the Dubai Chocolate Brownie. The reason for this is the cost of the pistachio cream kataifi. The struggle for Crumbl locations is it takes a true expert baker to get the correct amount of pistachio cream without any waste. Crumbl crew members are reporting they have run out of pistachio cream kataifi by Tuesday morning and there is no way they can get any more.
Even if individual Crumbl locations can get more pistachio cream, it is way out of their cost of goods sold budget to order more without losing money. So, even though this is likely going to be the most popular Crumbl dessert ever, it could be the case that many store locations actually lose money on this viral event.
When you add labor and cost of goods sold, there are very thin margins on the Dubai Chocolate Brownie at Crumbl Cookies locations.
How Big is the Dubai Chocolate Brownie at Crumbl?
Now that we have the total calories of the Dubai chocolate non cookie dessert being 670 calories, we have to assume it is going to be smaller in size. As you scroll down this page you can see there is quite a range in thickness and size to these desserts. Some have stated there is not enough pistachio cream to be worth the $2.99 upcharge. An $8 brownie better have some size and thickness to it and at 670 calories, that is hard to make the math work. As we get more photos of the size and thickness of the Dubai Chocolate Brownie, we will post them here.
It is going to be very interesting to see if anyone has frozen another Crumbl brownie to compare the size of the “normal” Crumbl brownie vs the Dubai Chocolate Brownie.

Now that Dubai Brownie is on the weekly rotating menu, many diehard fans want to know if this dessert will freeze well. Those that tested the brownie stated it was a more crisp texture meaning it would freeze and thaw well. If you find you love this dessert, freezing 12 or 24 might be a great way to enjoy the Crumbl Dubai Brownie when no one else can.
On Monday, June 30th, 2025 Sawyer Hemsley, the creator of the Crumbl Cookies rotating menu, posted this on Instagram – “DUBAI BROWNIE ASMR [coming soon to a @crumbl near you.]

Here are some more detailed pictures of the Crumbl Dubai Chocolate Brownie and what it looks like inside. These pictures will show you how much of a layer the pistachio topping is on top of the brownie.

Dubai Chocolate Brownie Sold Out – When Will it Be Back?
Crumbl Crew members are reporting that many stores are out of Pistachio Cream Kataifi as early as Tuesday morning. The difficulty is ordering more cream isn’t as easy as getting it same day from Amazon. This ingredient is very in demand and expensive. Lower volume stores, without expert mixers, may find that by the middle to end of the week, they have to leave the Dubai Chocolate Brownie in sold out status because they can’t get any more pistachio cream and they are sold out for the week.
High volume stores that have the ingredients simply need to mix, ball and bake up some more Dubai Chocolate Brownies. Note that this is a chilled dessert so it is about a two (2) hour process to allow these brownies to cool off and dress them to be served to the public. That being said, the longest any customer should have to wait for a Dubai Chocolate Brownie, at a store that has ingredients, should be no more than two (2) hours. In reality, most Crumbl locations are very efficient and will only be in sold out status for 10 to 15 minutes max. This is not calculating a line out the door.
Original Excitement Over Crumbl Dubai Chocolate Brownie
In mid June 2025 we are all patiently waiting to see where any Dubai Chocolate dessert shows up at a Crumbl testing location. In the meantime, we hope to all see this in our local bakery:
The morning of Saturday, June 14th, 2025 begins with Dubai Chocolate Brownie on the Crumbl Map at the Westchase, Texas store and the Minnetonka, Minnesota store. Remember, tester picks will be available while supplies last. By 4:00 pm cst both locations were sold out of the Dubai Chocolate Brownie dessert. Now we have to wait and see when it comes to the rotating menu at all Crumbl locations. Maybe the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake (LTO) will be a tester next week?
Many are asking what happens after Crumbl tests a dessert. Crumbl takes the survey data along with sales data to determine if the dessert should be selected for the weekly rotating menu in the future. There are many considerations that factor into the decision. The reason we believe Dubai Chocolate will be on the Crumbl rotating menu sooner rather than later is the fact that all testing locations completely sold out. This means that every single ingredient purchased for this dessert was used. This is how a business profits. Crumbl cannot pass up the opportunity for a viral sensation such as Dubai Chocolate to sit on the sidelines. This will be the biggest dessert since the first time they released Tres Leches Cake; likely bigger.

The Dubai Chocolate Brownie was available as a Crumbl tester dessert beginning Wednesday, June 11th, 2025. Both the full sized Dubai Chocolate Brownie (+$1.99) and the mini Dubai Chocolate Brownie (+$0.99) were available at testing locations that could be found on the Crumbl Flavor Map.

On the first day of testing, this dessert was so popular, it became the #1 searched for Crumbl related term. With this much success, we look for this dessert to hit the rotating menu within the next two (2) months. Hopefully sooner!

Many rave reviews including this one, “Just tried the testing Dubai chocolate brownie, I go to Dubai regularly and love the Dubai chocolate bar so this was a must and WOW 10/10!!! It was $2 up charge and tbh I’d of paid more!”
The Dubai Chocolate Brownie limited time offer dessert was tested at testing locations during the week of June 9-14, 2025, specifically, Wednesday, June 11th, 2025. Here is a review, “dubai brownie is so much better than i was expecting 😭 the crunch is crazyyyy.” It is described as, “a brownie with pistachio cream and roasted phyllo dough topped with milk chocolate! it is literally perfect.” Weirdly, Crumbl does not have the nutrition information or a dessert page made for this brownie quite yet. As soon as we get the nutrition facts, we will update this page. Note there is a $1.99 upcharge price for this dessert.

For those wanting to know where to get this dessert brownie at Crumbl Cookies as a tester in June 2025, here is the list of testing store locations:

Crumbl found great success with Limited Time Offer (LTO) desserts in 2024 so it comes as no surprise that they are testing many more. One of those that is in testing in April 2025 is the Dubai Chocolate Brownie. As we all know, anything that goes viral is fair game for Crumbl Cookies. Below you will find out more about the viral Dubai Chocolate and why it has become so popular in the United States.
Some reflection from a redditor:
- “Don’t get me wrong I’m extremely excited for this to release but based off the reviews I’ve seen so far the quality control with the proportions of the layers seems to be extremely inconsistent. Sometimes it’s a thick brownie base, sometimes it’s thin. Sometimes the pistachio filling is thick sometimes it’s thin. Sometimes the chocolate layer is thick, sometimes it’s thin. Every brownie looks different. I haven’t really seen it this bad with any other dessert other than this one. I wonder why.”
If the Dubai Chocolate Brownie gets through testing and goes on the rotating Crumbl Cookies menu, we will update this page with nutritional information and the upcharge price.
Viral Dubai Chocolate
If you’ve come across this post, you either know exactly what Dubai chocolate is and are drooling over the concept of it combined with brownies, or you have no idea what I’m talking about. Dubai Chocolate bars went viral in the past year, with recipe videos popping up on TikTok left and right. They’re a chocolate bar stuffed with a mixture of pistachio cream and kadayif, which is shredded phyllo dough. The combination is crunchy, creamy, and so outrageously delicious.
